Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site analyses with subcontractors before commencing work to ensure high-quality installations.">
  • Review plans to guarantee quality installation completion.">
  • Supervise subcontractors' work to ensure timely project completion and adherence to contractual terms.">
  • Regularly update project progress and collaborate with the Installed Sales Manager to resolve any issues.">

      • Accurately estimate material requirements for projects.">
      • E nsure timely delivery and availability of materials for project completion.">

        • Knowledge Sharing and Training:">

          • Lead installers/contractors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.">
          • Guarantee installers/contractors receive necessary training to safely and efficiently install products.">

            • Safety Procedures:">

              • Verify that installers/contractors adhere to safe working practices and OSHA regulations.">
              • Promote best practices to maintain safety standards by conducting regular self-inspections.">

Compensation Package:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, and an employer-matched 401(k) plan.

Candidates should have prior experience in project management or on-site roles within the building materials/construction industry.

A strong mathematical background and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.

This position requires occasional travel to job sites as needed.
