Job Summary
The Coordinator of Dual Enrollment will oversee all dual enrollment programs, including Early College Academy (ECA) and Cecil courses offered on-site at high schools. This role requires creating short and long-range strategies to support and sustain enrollment and academic success of program participants. The Coordinator will assist ECA students with the transfer process to four-year institutions, ensuring a seamless transition into higher education.

This position involves providing individual academic advising sessions to ECA students, following up with them to ensure timely registration for each semester, communicating academic standards and policies to students and parents, and collaborating with credit faculty and continuing education representatives to maintain knowledge of program requirements and changes. Additionally, the Coordinator will advance the College's completion efforts by assisting ECA students in identifying clear pathways to graduation, transfer, and subsequent employment.

The Coordinator will collaborate with marketing to advertise dual enrollment opportunities and recruit participants, provide ECA advisee follow-up in response to faculty feedback through the Academic Monitoring system, and participate in training sessions related to upgrades of the Jenzabar EX software. They will also teach Freshmen Seminar at each participating high school, promote ECA through information sessions throughout the year, and facilitate new student orientation sessions for ECA cohorts.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Master's degree required in a related field
* Three years' experience in progressively responsible professional roles within higher education
* Strong skills in advisement, project management, and statistical analysis
* Knowledge and understanding of dual enrollment and regulations guiding early enrollment
* Ability to coordinate multiple administrative tasks and interpret academic policy and procedures

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is between $57,309-$62,000 per year, based on relevant candidate experience and internal equity.
