About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Coborn's Inc. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remarkable guest service at the Guest Service Counter, offering convenient and specialty products and services.
  • Support the front-end and remainder of the store through cashier interventions, transaction reversals/corrections, and other unique transactions.
  • Maintain a Say Yes to the Guest attitude, providing a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Perform various front-end functions, including cashiering, bagging, and operating money order machines, electronic payment machines, and postal machinery.
  • Assist guests with returned merchandise, overrings, and overcharges, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution.
  • Conduct cashier accuracy audits and provide low-level troubleshooting and/or inform store management of problem areas.
  • Provide backup services to employees in all areas of responsibility, including bookkeeping, Guest Services, cashiering, bagging, and pushing carts.
