The Enrollment Services Division is actively seeking a dedicated Enrollment Services Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in delivering a comprehensive array of services aimed at supporting our student population.
Under the guidance of management, the incumbent will engage in various tasks to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the enrollment services department across the district. This includes addressing challenges faced during the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate planning, development, and organization of the Enrollment Services team to meet individual and collective student enrollment and retention objectives.
- Act as the primary campus liaison and subject matter expert on intricate matters concerning admissions, registration, student records, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Interact with faculty, students, staff, and the public to provide information, assistance, and resolution of issues.
- Lead the team in ensuring high levels of satisfaction for students and clients through exceptional customer service.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating effective multitasking skills and timely project completion.
Qualifications:
To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Student Services, or a related field (equivalent experience may substitute for the degree requirement).
- A minimum of three years of experience in student services, including program coordination within an academic setting.
Preferred Attributes:
- Bilingual proficiency.
Compensation:
The starting salary for this position ranges from $59,785 to $64,047, depending on qualifications and experience.

Work Environment:
