As a Pinion intern, you will join a diverse group of talented individuals embarking on their professional journey within a multi-faceted consulting environment. This internship offers a unique chance to gain extensive business exposure while applying your academic knowledge to practical scenarios.

Interns will acquire valuable public accounting experience by assisting in the preparation of federal and state tax returns for both individuals and businesses. Additional opportunities may include financial statement preparation, auditing, general accounting tasks, and special projects. This is a compensated internship, allowing you to collaborate with professionals across various levels of the organization. Successful interns may be considered for future employment opportunities.

Qualifications:

Required Education: Candidates must be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Accounting or a related field, aiming for CPA exam eligibility.

Tax Knowledge: Completion of a tax course is required prior to the internship.

Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.0 is expected in both major and overall coursework (exceptions may apply with a recommendation letter from an accounting professor).

Work Availability: Candidates should be prepared to work a minimum of 40 hours per week for full-time or 24 hours per week for part-time roles.

Location Requirement: Candidates must be willing to relocate for the internship.

Employment Eligibility: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis upon hire. Sponsorship for employment visa status is not available.
