Job Summary

My Next Career Path Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bank Teller to join our team. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to ensure a positive banking experience for clients.
  • Process cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Verify and reconcile cash and deposit transactions to ensure accuracy and security.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, balance requests, and other banking-related matters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of banking operations, terminology, and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions

This role requires sitting for long periods, operating a computer, and using a telephone. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform other physical tasks may be required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
