Job Description:

Fidelity Digital Assets is dedicated to building innovative products and services that help institutions adopt digital assets and drive growth in the digital world of finance. With a strong foundation in blockchain technology and digital assets solutions, we are seeking a collaborative and experienced Product Owner to lead our Electronic Trading Product Delivery team.

The Role:

We are looking for a skilled Product Owner with a deep understanding of electronic trading platforms, including algorithmic trading, smart order routing, and internalization/matching engines. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and managing roadmaps that align business, data, and technology objectives, as well as a strong background in financial services, trading APIs, and cryptocurrency trading and custody.

Responsibilities:
  • Define and manage roadmaps that align business, data, and technology objectives
  • Design and manage electronic trading platforms, including algorithmic trading, smart order routing, and internalization/matching engines
  • Lead the Electronic Trading Product Delivery team to deliver high-quality trading solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and business readiness
  • Develop and manage the product backlog to ensure epics and stories are clear and concise with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or quantitative/analytical training a plus
  • 7+ years of combined experience working with trading platforms and/or leading agile teams
  • Jira and Jira Align experience preferred
  • Experience in financial services, trading APIs, cryptocurrency trading and custody a plus
