  • Monitor and update programming elements of each client's clinical case, keeping the team informed.
  • Supervise and support Behavior Interventionists in data collection, organization, and analysis for progress report preparation.
  • Meet regularly with the BCBA Pod Leader to review scheduled hours and optimize supervision and parent training hours.
  • Participate in and/or lead departmental meetings as necessary.
  • Engage in Clinical Integration Meetings (CIM) for clients on your caseload.
  • Prioritize safety initiatives in all aspects of your work.
  • Exemplify Cortica's core values, serving as a role model for fellow team members.

Qualifications

  • A master's degree in Human Services (or a related field) or current certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the ABA field.
  • Proficiency in using software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office applications.
