The responsibilities include essential clinical, professional, and supervisory tasks, all focused on attaining positive outcomes for clients and ongoing enhancement of services. This encompasses guiding clients through the intake process, performing comprehensive assessments, developing effective treatment strategies, ensuring precise documentation, overseeing vital center operations, and providing essential supervision to team members. The BCBA Supervisor plays a crucial role within our Clinical Services team and reports directly to the Clinical Director.


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in direct and supervisory implementation of ABA programs
  • Must obtain Prevention and Support, Article 9, and 8-hour supervision training upon hire

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CAPABILITIES

  • Ability to physically assist clients as necessary, including lifting or transferring up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to walk, kneel, stand, and bend to assist clients with daily living activities
  • Patience and the ability to maintain self-control in potentially stressful and challenging situations
  • Ability to respond swiftly to health, safety, and emergency scenarios
  • Competence in executing all roles highlighted in Prevention and Support Training
