Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in a fast-paced production setting, supporting various developmental and operational activities.
- Execute manufacturing tasks under general supervision, adhering to established protocols.
- Conduct in-process sampling and operate analytical instruments.
- Perform cleaning and sanitization of production equipment, both small and large scale.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Initiate and document quality reports.
- Assist in drafting and updating operational documents (SOPs, MPs).
- Review documentation related to assigned tasks, including equipment logs and batch records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Biology or related Life Sciences.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing or Operations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a basic understanding of equipment repairs.
- Experience in the setup, cleaning, and sanitization of manufacturing equipment.
- Proficient in preparing buffers and media according to defined manufacturing procedures.
- Familiarity with GMP documentation and a commitment to safety and compliance.
- Able to work in a cleanroom environment, equipped with appropriate safety gear.
- Experience in diverse manufacturing tasks, including Production Supply Area and Cleaning systems.
- Demonstrated compliance in a GMP setting.
