Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with different teams as assigned
  • Provide technical and nursing care to patients, utilizing critical thinking skills
  • Conduct routine clinical tests and procedures, such as blood draws and IV catheter placements
  • Communicate effectively with clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Manage challenging patients during diagnostics and treatments with minimal stress
  • Monitor and recover patients post-sedation or anesthesia
  • Calculate and administer medications accurately
  • Handle and submit laboratory samples properly
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date medical records
  • Commit to delivering the highest standard of patient care

  • Collaborate with the entire Encore Vet Group team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT), Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), or actively pursuing licensure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities

  • Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
