In the role of Service Technician, you will be tasked with the maintenance and repair of various powersports vehicles, ensuring exceptional service delivery and upholding the highest standards of safety and performance. This position is ideal for individuals who possess a genuine passion for the automotive sector and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on a range of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and service manuals to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
  • Provide precise and comprehensive cost estimates for repairs, effectively communicating these to customers.
  • Install customer-requested accessories and upgrades, ensuring proper installation and functionality.
  • Perform test rides on vehicles to confirm repairs and guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all services, repairs, and transactions.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience as a Service Technician is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of powersports vehicles and their mechanical systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to adhere to instructions.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
