We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lube Technician to join our team at Lithia Motors. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Diagnose and repair issues with vehicle systems, including electrical, suspension, and steering.
- Work with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide recommendations for maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer training and certifications to ensure expertise in the latest technologies and techniques.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Lube Technician or in a related field.
- ASE certification in Lube and Maintenance Services.
