The Select Group is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Automation Specialist to support migration efforts for our client. This role requires strong background in Linux engineering, Kubernetes management, and automation scripting.
About the Role
This position involves maintaining and optimizing infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and promptly addressing priority tickets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing Linux servers to ensure high performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and optimize Linux servers to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation of repetitive tasks.
- Respond to and prioritize support tickets related to infrastructure, application deployment, and operational issues.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
Requirements
- 7+ years of IT experience in systems or DevOps roles, preferably within an enterprise environment.
- Must have a proven track record of resolving T1, T2, and T3 tickets as an engineer.
- Strong Linux Engineer experience and support is primary focus.
- Automation Scripting skills in Shell Scripting, Python Scripting, or PowerShell Scripting.
- Kubernetes experience.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Littleton, CO.
