Front Desk Operations Manager

**Job Summary**
As a Front Desk Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring that all guest needs are met, and providing superior customer service. You will be the face of our hotel, and your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make a significant impact on our guests' stay.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling guest requests, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and ready for occupancy, and that all amenities are provided as promised.
- Train and supervise front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
- Monitor and control the front desk budget, ensuring that expenses are within budget and that revenue is maximized.
- Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure that all guest needs are met and that our hotel is running efficiently.
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the guests' satisfaction.
**Requirements**
- 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Work Environment**
- Prolonged periods of standing at the front desk.
- Frequent walking and stair climbing.
