Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Staff Site Reliability Engineer (Federal) to join our ZPA team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing operational tasks for FedRAMP cloud products, including deployments, on-call duties, and incident management. You will also manage all cloud infrastructure components, such as AWS GovCloud, private cloud environments, containers, and VMs.

- Manage all cloud infrastructure components, such as AWS GovCloud, private cloud environments, containers, and VMs.
- Develop operations documentation, handle escalations, and implement measures to prevent recurring incidents, while contributing to DevOps best practices.
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, with relevant experience in an Operations or Engineering environment.
- Experience with High/Moderate FedRAMP authorization levels and monthly monitoring programs (scanning, evaluating, patching, and reporting on environment vulnerabilities).
- Hands-on experience with Linux administration, basic network troubleshooting, and infrastructure as code and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
- Coding experience (preferably Python) and expertise in container-based architectures (AWS ECS / Kubernetes).
- Experience with High/Moderate FedRAMP authorization levels, including monthly monitoring programs (scanning, evaluating, patching, and reporting vulnerabilities).
- Information Assurance Technician Level 2 certification or willingness to complete the certification within a few weeks of employment.
