CORT Party Rental is actively seeking Event Logistics Specialists.


As an Event Logistics Specialist, you will be tasked with the loading, unloading, and setup of our event rental inventory at diverse locations such as hotels, vineyards, and venues for weddings.

Compensation:
Hourly wage ranges from $20 to $24 based on experience, with a retention bonus of $2,500 available.


Work Schedule:
The work schedule will fluctuate between 40 to 60 hours weekly, with opportunities for overtime and double-time pay. This position requires flexibility to work on weekends and occasional evenings.

Key Responsibilities:


- Visit various event locations to deliver, stage, or set up rental equipment, including tents, flooring, staging, and drapery.

- Act as the primary contact for clients at event sites, ensuring exceptional customer service.

- Account for returning inventory from client orders and complete necessary documentation.

- Safely transport equipment between the warehouse and event locations using box trucks or vans.

- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.

- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Previous experience in truck driving is a plus but not mandatory.

- Physically capable of moving furniture or equipment in various conditions; ability to lift over 100 pounds with assistance.

Compliance:

In accordance with regulations, drivers must be proficient in English to communicate effectively with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to inquiries, and complete reports.

Candidates must successfully pass drug screenings, background checks, and motor vehicle record checks as part of the hiring process.
