As a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse in our Progressive Care Unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient health, administering medication, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess patient health in the PCU setting
Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of South Carolina
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a PCU or similar acute care setting (Preferred)
BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
