Job Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Kadlec, you will play a vital role in providing patient care in our Surgical Unit. Under the direction of the Unit Manager or designee, you will assist professional nursing personnel in performing a variety of tasks to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist nursing personnel in providing patient care, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and wound care.
• Perform tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming patients as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste.

Requirements

• Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Preferred qualifications include completion of a formal Certified Nursing Assistant program and 1 year of experience in a patient care setting.
