Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Resident to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to work in our Progressive Care Unit, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in educational programs and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 6 months (180 days) of hire
