Safety Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety Consultant to join our team at BBSI. As a key member of our risk management team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our business-owner clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize enterprise risk and promote a proactive risk management culture.
- Conduct facility, job site, and pre-construction surveys to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation plans.
- Provide regulatory compliance support, including OSHA consultations, and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients to educate and influence them on matters involving risk management, occupational health and safety, and behavior-based safety.
- Develop and deliver successful presentations to individuals and groups at all levels of an organization.
- Partner with internal teams to identify and develop best practices for risk management and mitigation.
- 10+ years of risk management, occupational health and safety, and regulatory experience.
- Professional certification(s) such as CSP, ARM, RPIH, CHMM, CIH, or Six Sigma.
- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and interact with professionals in multiple industries.
BBSI offers a competitive salary range of $100,000-110,000 annually, plus incentive pay and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
