Overview

Orkin is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our commercial sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Conduct site visits to assess pest control needs and provide recommendations
  • Utilize sales software and tools to manage leads, track sales performance, and analyze customer data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent customer experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification (company-paid)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
