Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technician to join our team at Branex Group. As a Process Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Monitor and improve molding processes to ensure repeatability and high-quality standards, prioritizing the top 10 constraints.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Maintain a strong presence on the production floor and work closely with the Lead Supervisor and Process Engineer to address any molding or processing issues that may arise.
  • Process Development: Assist in developing robust processes using the scientific molding approach, with supporting documentation as needed.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Document processes using PVs and Water Diagram documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with production facility standards.
  • Support and Training: Support engineering try-outs in the plant as required and assist in the development of workshops targeting problematic areas.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Routinely evaluate the condition of EOAT mold and machine, repairing or improving as necessary.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: May be required to cover off-shifts when fellow Process Technicians are not present, and maintain a high level of conventionality and conformance to corporate culture.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assist in the development and continuous improvement of operations and quality systems, following company policies and procedures.
