About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at Northwest Asthma and Allergy Center. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with rooming patients, collecting vital signs, and performing point-of-care testing associated with asthma and allergy care.
  • Conduct skin prick (scratch) and intradermal testing, patch testing, administer vaccines and allergy shots, and perform lung function testing (spirometry and FENO).
  • Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinical operations.
  • Participate in on-the-job training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in asthma and allergy care.
Requirements
  • Current Washington State LPN or CMA license at the time of hire.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification (CPR & First Aid cards).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A history of working in an outpatient setting, preferably in asthma/allergy, ENT, pediatric, or dermatology specialty offices.
