This is an exceptional opportunity to become a part of Advantage SCI, LLC as a Special Security Representative, supporting the operations and management of a federal government agency's Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). You will engage with a proactive team dedicated to upholding security standards and protocols.

Job Overview:

Advantage SCI, LLC is in search of committed professionals for the position of Special Security Representative. This role encompasses the coordination and execution of local SCIF Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Emergency Plans (EP), performing inspections, and maintaining SCIF integrity. Candidates with a background in security operations and an active TS/SCI clearance are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, coordinating, and implementing local SCIF Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Emergency Plans (EP), along with associated policies and guidance.
  • Conducting inspections of SCIF facilities, planning corrective actions, and providing on-site support.
  • Managing the processing and issuance of Courier Orders and Aircraft Courier Authorizations.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure SCIF accreditation/certification for classified IT systems.
  • Performing security testing and evaluations, overseeing visitor control, and maintaining access records.
  • Investigating security incidents and monitoring alarm systems to ensure SCIF integrity.
  • Facilitating training sessions and managing authorization processes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in a role as a Special Security Representative or a comparable position.
  • Experience in customer service within a government or private sector organization.
  • Possession of an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Environment:


• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods

• Capable of bending, kneeling, and reaching comfortably

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally

• Noise level: Low to moderate
