The Logistics Material Handler is responsible for the efficient management of tubular products within the warehouse environment. This role involves overseeing the tallying of pipe lengths for outgoing shipments and verifying incoming loads to ensure accuracy. The position supports the forklift operator in the loading and unloading processes, as well as maintaining the organization of the storage areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the correct racking and storage of tubular products in compliance with industry standards.
- Ensure products are positioned correctly on storage racks to facilitate smooth loading and unloading operations.
- Accurately complete inventory documentation and maintain traceability of finished goods.
- Verify pipe stencils during the tallying process to ensure accuracy.
- Understand order requirements and stage components accordingly.
- Maintain detailed records of product movements and assist in daily equipment checks.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as lubricating heavy machinery and refueling equipment.
- Conduct physical verification of product movements using documentation or software.
- Ensure compliance with customer and industry specifications for product handling and storage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in both the pipe yard and warehouse.
- Learn to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inventory materials and supply production lines as needed.
- Become knowledgeable about shipping and receiving procedures.
- Maximize operational efficiency and adhere to company policies and safety regulations.

- Preferred: Familiarity with industry storage and handling standards.
