Job Summary

The Retail Sales Associate contributes to a welcoming store environment where customers are treated with exceptional service. This position creates genuine relationships with customers, resulting in loyal fans who feel a connection to Rally House stores and people. This position assists in all aspects of hosting a positive customer experience, from opening and closing procedures, maintaining a thorough knowledge of products, and ensuring that products are merchandised in a visually appealing way to meet standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication: Communicates effectively with customers, members of management, and store associates.
  • Merchandising: Upholds company standards for merchandising presentation.
  • Sales: Generates sales, adds-on, and develops relationships with customers.
  • Customer Service: Ensures that the customer remains the top priority.
  • Accuracy: Comfortable and accurate with cash handling and ringing.

Requirements

  • No experience required; retail sales experience a plus.
  • Ability to work under moderate supervision.
  • Able to communicate with others in a clear and confident manner.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Enthusiastic attitude.
  • Functional skills required to make basic use of digital devices and online applications.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Outgoing.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation

$16.00 per hour.
