Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rehabilitation and Support Specialist to join our team at Winds of Change. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey toward recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide transportation for clients to and from appointments
  • Facilitate group activities that promote healing and personal growth
  • Assess and identify barriers that impact clients' ability to live independently or integrate into the community
  • Develop and strengthen social support systems for clients
  • Provide crisis intervention and support during challenging situations
  • Complete required training sessions to stay current with best practices
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions and progress
Requirements
  • HIPAA knowledge and familiarity with confidentiality and discretion
  • Proactive approach and ability to anticipate client needs
  • Sound judgment and ability to make accurate decisions
  • Positive attitude and passion for helping others
  • Personal responsibility and commitment to keeping commitments
