Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Daily Cleaning: Regularly cleaning and sanitizing common areas, including offices, clubhouses, fitness centers, restrooms, pool areas, and outdoor spaces.
  • Property Inspections: Conducting thorough property walks to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards of readiness.
  • Basic Maintenance: Performing light maintenance tasks such as cleaning, landscaping, painting, and waste disposal with minimal supervision.
  • Waste Management: Responsible for the proper disposal of trash and debris, particularly in vacated units.
  • Equipment Operation: Utilizing various cleaning equipment and tools effectively and safely.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols while handling cleaning agents and equipment.
  • Team Collaboration: Working well with team members and independently, following instructions accurately.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Supply Management: Keeping cleaning supplies organized and well-maintained.

Work Schedule
