About the Role

LinkJobs is partnering with a local primary care clinic to find a skilled Home Visiting Nurse Practitioner who can manage the transitional and chronic care needs of homebound patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate current patient condition, including medical history and symptoms.
  • Conduct general physical examinations and review medications.
  • Screen for depression and substance abuse.
  • Identify diagnoses and recommend treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on disease prevention and medication compliance.
Requirements
  • CURRENT NP license in Georgia, with no restrictions or provisions.
  • Russian speaking proficiency.
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in adult, family, or geriatric specialties.
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
  • Effective communication and smartphone/email skills.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work independently.
Estimate Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards.
