We are seeking a skilled Med Tech to join our team at the Phoenix at Milton. As a Med Tech, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
Responsibilities- Assist with medication administration and monitoring resident care needs.
- Support the Wellness Nurse with completing monthly wellness visits and personalized service plans.
- Inform the Wellness Director and/or Executive Director of changes in medication or service levels that may impact resident care.
- Assist with resident care as needed, including obtaining weights and vital signs.
- Certified Medication Aide certification required.
- A minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities essential.
- Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing a plus.
