Optical Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Target Optical. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional optical experience for our guests by providing personalized service, product knowledge, and a welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver sales plan and company objectives through building strong relationships with customers and promoting our high-quality fashion brands.
- Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings, ensuring customers receive the best possible vision solution.
- Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Contribute to a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
- Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and calculators, with basic phone and math skills.
- Ability to sell through effective sales skills and accountability for sales results.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Self-motivation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
