Optical Sales Professional

At EssilorLuxottica, we're committed to delivering exceptional eye care and eyewear experiences to our customers. As a Sales Associate at LensCrafters, you'll play a vital role in setting the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear.
Key Responsibilities:- Consistently deliver sales plans and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
- Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
- Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to provide the perfect vision solution.
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
- Participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills.
- Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Self-motivation with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
