We are seeking a highly skilled Rheumatology Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Dartmouth Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Assess and manage the healthcare needs of patients with rheumatological conditions, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on relevant findings, including prescribing medications and treatments within your scope of practice.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families on the management of acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and make referrals as necessary.
- Maintain current licensure and certification as an APRN or PA and DEA registration.
- Participate in ongoing professional growth and development through continuing education programs.
- Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program.
- National specialty certification as FNP, WHNP, PNP, ANP or certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Eligible for RN licensure in the State of NH (APRN only) and APRN or PA licensure in the State of NH.
- Eligible for Federal DEA Registration and BLS certification.
