This position requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, and structural systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on aircraft parts and components, including dismantling, overhauling, repairing, and assembling.
- Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose malfunctions and ensure compliance with aviation safety rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with inspection personnel to ensure accurate and efficient maintenance processes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company and regulatory requirements for hazardous materials storage and handling.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with company, manufacturer, and FAA requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of four (4) years of recent commercial aircraft maintenance and/or MRO experience.
- Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid unrestricted driver's license and a good driving record.
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50lbs, bend, stoop, crawl, and kneel frequently in confined spaces.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Good communication skills (verbal, written, and radio).
- Positive attitude towards productivity, safety, and quality maintenance.
- Ability to work shifts and overtime if necessary.
