Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Mechanic to join our team at QPS Employment Group. As a Welder/Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including welding, fabricating, and repairing metal work. You will also be responsible for performing minor repair and maintenance on fleet vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weld and fabricate metal work using various welding equipment and techniques.
  • Design and repair metal components and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with schedules, policies, and standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in welding and metal fabrication.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and be flexible with work schedule.
