Market President with a strong commercial lending focus

Our client company is seeking an experienced Market President to lead their commercial lending team. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business plans to increase loan origination and deposits within the assigned market
- Oversee and manage the performance of loan officers and other staff members
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and referral partners
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Collaborate with credit and underwriting teams to ensure timely and accurate loan processing
- 10+ years of experience in originating retail and commercial loans in a banking setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations
