Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks at all locations, including replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and equipment repair.
  • Check and maintain HVAC systems, irrigation settings, and lighting timers.
  • Provide grounds keeping services, including leaf and snow removal, and deicing agent application during inclement weather.
  • Operate and maintain forklifts, front loaders, and utility equipment.
  • Work with contractors and vendors to resolve issues and provide assistance.
  • Assist with office moves, set up, and special events.
  • Collect and maintain recyclable items and unload truck deliveries.
  • Stock and maintain the company store.
  • Assist the Marketing Department with special events.
  • Participate in fire and security alarm testing and maintenance.
  • Oversee landscape work and report findings to the Maintenance Manager.
Requirements:
  • High School or GED equivalent.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge with knowledge of HVAC systems operations.
  • Basic plumbing knowledge.
  • Dependability and ability to make good decisions and judgments.
  • Driver's License Required.
