Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Youth Support Coordinator, you will engage actively in the daily routines of a designated group of youths, which encompasses various activities such as recreation, education, rehabilitation, and personal care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and participating in daily activities, ensuring a supportive environment.
  • Documenting observations regarding youth behavior and progress, sharing insights with team members.
  • Building and nurturing positive relationships with youths to facilitate their social development.
  • Educating youths on facility rules and behavioral expectations.
  • Implementing security measures, including conducting regular checks and overseeing visits.
  • Transporting youths to scheduled activities and appointments, ensuring their safety at all times.
  • Maintaining accurate records related to behavior management and treatment plans.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the Youth Support Coordinator position, candidates must demonstrate the following:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Experience or training in behavior management and youth supervision.
  • Proficiency in report writing.
  • A valid Driver's License.
