Job Overview:

As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM), you will leverage your extensive expertise in global standards and industry best practices to craft a strategic IAM roadmap that aligns with business objectives. This role is integral to a team dedicated to the development, implementation, and maintenance of security technology frameworks that facilitate secure and efficient adoption of innovative business technologies and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of custom connectors and new APIs.
  • Oversee the management of existing production systems and contribute to training and documentation efforts as necessary.
  • Model and develop IAM Role/Policy objects and manage access requests.
  • Design and implement integration connectors and interfaces for comprehensive IAM solutions.
  • Incorporate role-based access control, Single Sign-On, user provisioning, and reconciliation services into existing applications, systems, and network devices.
  • Collaborate with Business IT teams to enhance the security posture of their application and solution portfolios.
  • Develop new interfaces through plugin development.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of features and custom solutions.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) deployment and engineering, specifically with SailPoint.
  • As a Senior IAM Engineer, you will primarily focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ and support the current system.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SailPoint version 8.3, particularly in integrating SailPoint IIQ with new applications through custom connectors and API development.
  • Proficient in web services and SCIM-based connectors.
  • In-depth technical experience with the SailPoint suite, including Lifecycle Management, Certifications, Provisioning, and Role Management.
  • Experience in plugin development, encompassing both frontend interfaces and backend APIs.
  • Lead system integrations for both internal and external applications with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Experience in developing, testing, and troubleshooting custom System/Application Connectors within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Strong knowledge of IIQ, Microsoft Active Directory, relational databases, Java, BeanShell, REST API, and web services.
  • Understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Identity Policies, Identity Lifecycle automation, reporting, Password Policies, Separation of Duties, User Provisioning, and approval workflows in SailPoint IIQ.
  • Experience with SSF and rapid setup frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SSD deployment frameworks and Git repositories.
  • Experience in cloud environments and with Splunk logging tools.
  • Prior experience with CI/CD build tools and Agile methodologies is preferred.
  • Must demonstrate trustworthiness in handling sensitive data.

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
  • A total of twelve years of information technology experience, with at least eight years in an identity and access-related development role.
