About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead our Xponential Fitness studio team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, increasing membership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Meet Sales Targets: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets, collaborating with the Studio Owner to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  2. Membership Acquisition: Utilize the LASER process to convert leads into members, focusing on new member acquisition and converting non-members to membership.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Front Desk/Sales Team to deliver exceptional member experiences and achieve sales targets.
  4. Studio Operations: Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the studio, ensuring all technology is functioning correctly and submitting trouble tickets as needed.
  5. Communication: Establish open communication channels with the Studio Owner, Front Desk/Sales Team, and members to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
