Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. As a key member of our radiology department, you will operate CT equipment and apply your knowledge of Radiology Information Systems, PACSs, and digital data transfer processes under the direction of a radiologist and the supervision of a department supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Apply knowledge of Radiology Information Systems, PACSs, and digital data transfer processes to ensure efficient and accurate image transfer
  • Work collaboratively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hospital standards and regulations
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved school of Radiology
  • New York State License in Radiologic Technology
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a CT role
  • Flexible availability to work, including weekends and varied shifts
