Job Summary

US Foods is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Sanitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our warehouse and related property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep and clean the entire warehouse to maintain a high level of cleanliness, including emptying trash bins and cleaning the trash area daily.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment, including pallet jacks, scrubbers, and high lifts, to perform duties.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare reports and forms to document cleaning schedules, spillages, and product damage.
  • Facility Grounds Maintenance: Maintain facility grounds and dumpster areas.
Requirements
  • Education: High school education or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous custodial experience preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to read and write legibly, follow orders, and work with little direct supervision. Experience in operation of warehouse equipment is a plus.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of cleanliness is essential.
