Salary: $45-$55/hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on experience and qualifications. A competitive hiring bonus is also available, ranging from $3,500 to $6,000, depending on shift preferences.

Job Description: As an LPN, Unit Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality care for our residents. Your responsibilities will include managing unit staff, overseeing resident care, completing initial and ongoing resident care records, assisting with admissions and discharges, and writing and revising plans of care as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess a current LPN licensure, comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles and practices, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
