Job Summary

As a Program Coordinator in the Cardiac Cath Lab at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical program. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating program services and initiatives, planning and implementing patient care, and maintaining program documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program services and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with advanced practice providers to ensure quality care and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation to support regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with training and development of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Identify and resolve problems, and implement cost containment measures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Three years' registered nurse experience.
Work Environment

You will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds. You will also use your vision and depth perception to identify and distinguish colors, and your hearing and speech to communicate with patients and staff.
