Job Summary

As a Program Coordinator in the Cardiac Cath Lab, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical program. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating the development, implementation, and evaluation of program services and initiatives, as well as planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program services and initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with advanced practice providers to ensure quality patient care and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation to support regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with training and development of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Identify and resolve problems, and implement cost containment measures to improve program efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Three years' registered nurse experience.
