As a Program Coordinator in the Cardiac Cath Lab at SSM Health, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical program. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating activities and workflow, developing and implementing program services and initiatives, and collaborating with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the development, implementation, and evaluation of program services and initiatives.
- Plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate appropriate patient care.
- Maintain program documentation and review to support regulatory and compliance regulations.
- Assist with determining appropriate training for staff and developing the learning program.
- Collaborate with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Three years' registered nurse experience.
As a Program Coordinator in the Cardiac Cath Lab, you will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. You will also use your vision and depth perception to identify and distinguish colors, and your hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
