Key Responsibilities

The Branch Operations Leader, also known as the Profit Center Manager, is accountable for the strategic direction, coordination, and assessment of the rental center's operations. This includes:

  • Leading all facets of Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Logistics
  • Achieving financial targets and performance benchmarks
  • Managing operational and financial reporting for the unit

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A degree in Business Management with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Rental Industry, or 3-4 years of relevant industry experience
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

Skills and Attributes

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Strong leadership and effective communication abilities
  • A solid understanding of Profit & Loss statements and key financial controls
  • Experience in outside sales or negotiation
  • Familiarity with construction or industrial sectors is advantageous
  • A high level of accountability, excellent time management skills, and a willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

This position involves physical activities such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds or more. The role may require working in both indoor and outdoor environments as necessary.
