Job Title: Doorperson/Front Door Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Doorperson/Front Door Coordinator to join our team at Sofitel Philadelphia. As a Doorperson, you will be responsible for providing a warm and memorable welcome to our guests, ensuring a lasting impression during their stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests into our luxury environment, adhering to Sofitel's luxury standards.
  • Handle guest service inquiries, including in-house requests and luggage assistance.
  • Provide exceptional service, delivering luxury experiences that are efficient, empowered, and cordial.
  • Promote hotel facilities, identifying opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through up-selling.

Requirements:

  • Previous hotel experience in a luxury environment or comparable hotel.
  • Must have experience working with guests and customers, with a service-focused personality.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to go above and beyond to deliver luxury service.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position in a luxury setting or hotel school degree.
  • Flexibility with days and hours.
