Unlock Your Potential as a Doorperson/Front Door Coordinator

Make a lasting impression on our guests as a Doorperson/Front Door Coordinator at AccorHotel. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay with us.

As a Doorperson, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcome guests into our luxury environment and ensure a warm and memorable welcome.
  • Handle guest service inquiries, including in-house guest requests.
  • Assist with luggage or special requests for arriving and departing guests.
  • Provide information on our ALL Accor frequent guest program and direct guests to enroll.
  • Deliver exceptional service, ensuring a memorable stay for our guests.
  • Promote hotel facilities and look for opportunities to enhance a guest's stay through upselling.

Requirements:

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous hotel experience in a luxury environment or comparable hotel.
  • Must have experience working with guests and customers and be a service-focused personality.
  • Qualified candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and willing to go above and beyond to deliver luxury service.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a luxury setting or hotel school degree.
  • Must be flexible with days and hours.
